Sodexo Senior Living has an exceptional career opportunity for a Food Operations Manager 2 to lead a team at Stoneridge Towne Center, part of the Stoneridge system of communities.  The Food Service Operations Manager will provide oversight for trayline and dining room service operations at this 185 resident long term care facility located in Myerstown, Pennsylvania.


The Operations Manager will be hands-on and have proven experience in the following areas:

  • Managing food and labor costs
  • Strong working knowledge of food operating standards and HACCP guidelines
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
  • Health Care food management experience
  • Ability to cultivate and develop staff at all levels

Qualifications for the Operations Manager include prior food management experience in a health care environment (LTC preferred), excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, full HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification and a dietary manager's certification is desired.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
