Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 1 for Liberty University located in Lynchburg, VA.
Liberty University located in the beautiful background of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Lynchburg VA is seeking a talented experienced Retail Manager 1 to manage our “Chick Fil A” location at the Tilley Student Center here on campus. Position will manage up to 75 - 100 "Chick Fil A" hourly employees and supervisors, and a managed volume of $2.2 million in revenue.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- College/University high-volume retail food service supervisory/management experience.
- Experience training and directing a talented and diverse staff
- Experience supervising multiple food retail outlets and national brand concepts.
- Superior client relations skills and executive presence.
