Sodexo at Marymount University is seeking an experienced Resident ining Manager for its bustling Arlington, VA campus located within driving distance of Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will have ordering, and inventory experience, along with resident dining standards. This position will directly manage activities at the main facility located on the Main Campus; which is home to the Gerard Dining Hall. The dining hall is open 7-days a week and serves an on campus student body of 700+ and many Faculty and Staff. The Resident Dining Manager will lead a team of frontline employees, developing and training them for future growth and internal promotion. Marymount University is an independent, coeducational Catholic university offering bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in a wide range of disciplines.

- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
