Sodexo is seeking a Unit Marketing Specialist for USAA - in San Antonio, TX. The Unit Marketing Specialist will be working with the Director of Marketing, General Managers, Retail, Catering managers along with the Chefs to better the experiences of our customers and clients.


This position supports the Sodexo team by creating, customizing, implementing, and presenting marketing plans through strategic programs, visual merchandising, social media and web-based platforms, for all retail, and catering programs at USAA. The Marketing Specialist will need to have some field experience who also has the ability to train along with possessing stellar verbal and written communication skills, be well spoken, creativity, social media skills, digital menu board skills, website development skills, be innovative in regard to out of box thinking. The ideal candidate has food marketing experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
