Sodexo Convenience Solutions is searching for an Operations Support Specialist in San Antonio, TX. We are looking for someone who is tech savvy with strong customer service skills.
The Operations Support Specialist is a critical part of the team and is responsible for the following:
- Provides operations support to branch general managers, food service general managers and subcontracted operators utilizing system tools and analytics.
- Provides project management and technical support for new business deployment and on-going support for deployed business.
- Provides general customer support to resolve issues in a call center environment, which provides care for 1.4M consumers. Be able to handle a large volume of inquiries every day.
- Assists in answering questions and inquiries from customers via the telephone, Internet, fax and other technologies, using established fact-finding procedures, customer service methodologies, knowledge of pertinent processes and procedures, and familiarity with policies, vendors and specified products.
- Analyzes, resolves, and escalates the incoming issues, either via direct communication with the various stakeholders and direct supervisor.
- Maintains working relationship with vendors, subcontractors, and general managers in all segments.
- Works with other departments for vendor and product compliance.
- Able to learn and provide technical support remotely for various POS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CRM systems knowledge preferred
- Customer service and client relationship experience

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
