Methodist Hospital is a 900+bed acute care hospital which includes a Children's Hospital on Campus. Services include "Expressly for You" patient dining, an active retail cafeteria program and high volume catering.
Are you the experienced food service manager we’re seeking?
- Manage a high volume retail café,
- Oversee onsite catering services,
- Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve customer satisfaction
- Interact with patients and the nursing staff
- Supervise food service workers in providing exceptional service for three Doctor’s Dining Rooms.
- Perform some HR functions and direct supervision of hourly associates
Do you have:
- Prior management level experience in a hospital environment
- Experience in a high volume retail food operation
- Customer focused attitude
- Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
- demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
