Sodexo Corporate Services has a new opening for an Executive Chef 2 at a brand new location/new build out in the Carrollton, Texas area opening in January of 2019. Services offered at this location will include Retail dining, Catering, Micro-market and Coffee Bar. In addition to demonstrated Chef experience, we are also looking for someone with strong health and wellness background as it is related to food. Must also be up to current trend with technology, apps and comfortable with multiple computer programs.
This role will assist in managing 15 - 17 staff and excellent team building experience is a must as well as being strong in client facing situations, and influencing and negotiating skills. You must be great with people!

- manage the daily food production including production planning and control
- ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- manage food costing, controls and compliance
- develop menus and manage inventory
- have high expectations for customer service and quality of food
- have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees
- have a passion for food and innovation

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
