Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Training Manager for our accounts supporting Palmetto Health system, which consists of 3 hospitals in the Columbia, SC area.  This manager will be located at Palmetto Baptist Hospital while providing support to the system.  This position is currently scheduled as a day shift position and the Manager will be required to participate in a rotational schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays as needed when there is a spike in business needs.  Over 300 employees comprise the 3 healthcare accounts of Palmetto.  

 

Scope of services will be to train and support the Environmental Services/Housekeeping staff on Patient and Customer Service, CARES, FOSS, operation excellence training and employee development.  Other training may include safety, diversity, and company and client initiatives and programs. This individual will report into the Sodexo DM and GM's who each support the 3 accounts that comprise Palmetto.
