Sodexo Campus Dining has an opportunity for an Chef Manager at the Providence College Priory, located in Providence, RI
As Chef Manager, you will oversee all culinary operations at the Priory. Responsibilities for this hands-on role will include menu planning, inventory/ordering, purchasing, food & labor costing, catering, scheduling, training with a strong focus on safety/sanitation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and the ability to motivate and develop the team.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
