Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 1, Food for potential new business in Wernersville, Pennsylvania. This facility is comprised of 160 residents including Adolescent, Adult, and Seniors. The Food Operations Manager for this community will be responsible to manage one dining hall (food court style, for adolescents) and catering operations for this account. Will manage a staff of approximately 25 Sodexo hourly employees. Typical shift will be 7:00am - 4:00pm , may vary with some weekend coverage.

Are you the experienced General Food Service Manager we’re seeking?
We are looking for candidates who will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations (one dining hall and catering);
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment; and
- ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have:
- two or more years previous food service management experience ideally in restaurant and/or retail food operations environment;
- culinary knowledge;
- excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with adolescents/adults in the culture of recovering;
- strong leadership and management skills with a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
- the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
- the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
- working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for Caron Treatment Center, a Drug and Alcohol Rehab center for Adults and Adolescents located in Wernersville, Pennsylvania. Will manage the day to day operations with efficiency using ideal and company standards of excellence. Renovations starting to include a Detox and Senior facility. Manage a staff of approximately 25 hourly employees.
This opportunity is a great way to become familiar with Senior Living as we work to provide the best dining experience for our residents. Ideal candidate will have front of house dining experience, Serv-safe certification, sanitation knowledge, food safety audits, excellent knowledge of food presentations, knowledge of special diets including Kosher along with strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with several generations in the workplace. The ideal candidate will have previous food management experience ideally in a healthcare or campus dining environment. Prior experience with food retail service would be helpful.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
