Executive Chef 2 opportunity within Corporate Services in Reading, PA. The Executive Chef will oversee food production for two corporate cafes and all catering for Penske. Our cafe serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, and our catering events range from boxed lunches to high end events. This is a hands-on working chef position. The Executive Chef will manage a team of 4 employees, working side by side with his/her team on food production. Other responsibilities include menu planning, ordering, inventory, managing costs, and ensuring HACCP compliance. We provide service to a very involved client with high expectations. Excellent client relations skills are a must!!

Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
