Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for a Temporary Regional Operations Support role (ROSI) in the NJ/ PA vicinity. In this role, you will provide patient services support to various healthcare accounts in a RVP's region across the Southern NJ and PA geography. Responsibilities will include: patient meal rounding interacting directly with the patients and nursing staff, working closely with the operational team to provide quality service, tray assessments, training, HR functions and supervision of an hourly staff. The ability to travel to various accounts within this specific geography when needed is required.
The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years lead food management experience, computer literacy, a strong working knowledge of nutrition and HACCP guidelines, the ability lead and engage an hourly workforce as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
This position will have a duration of up to 12 months with the opportunity to post to other Sodexo positions during this time.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
