This position requires 30% travel and the ideal candidate will live within driving distance of a national airport.
Manage the deployment of culinary programs, including the development of applicable training resources for the Schools segment; Act as the point person for customer service and front of house offer development with the Culinary Solutions team; Provide key resource documents related to the program implementation, and the offer development process; Help to drive the consumer side of the segment’s franchising strategy; Serve as the Brand Management’s Team expert for direct key account support pertaining to front of house and customer needs. Key focus on consistency in 4500+ sites nationwide.
Manages and maintain a high degree of knowledge and awareness of new and emerging trends and technologies needed to provide high quality product delivery to customers. Plan, coordinate, produce and deliver customer service and engagement initiates for the Schools segment.
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with stellar communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong marketing and computer skills are critical. Prior experience in deploying offers, programs and promotions in retail operations or organizations is a plus.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in marketing or related field
