Sodexo School Services is seeking an energetic Chef Manager to fill a key leadership roll in the NE Oklahoma Area. This roll will oversee culinary standards in four school districts to include Owasso Public Schools for a total of 23 school sites (14 Elementary, 4 Middle Schools, 5 High Schools), and the supervision of operations for one district with three sites.
The successful candidate will focus on the culinary aspects of our K-12 offering with emphasis on USDA nutrition regulations, National School Lunch Program (NSLP), product quality & presentation, food cost controls, inventory controls, and culinary staff training. Must have strong leadership, financial and team building skills. A Degree is preferred; K-12 Schools experience is a plus!
This is a 52 week position with no holidays, rare evenings and/or weekends.

Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
