Sodexo Corporate Services has an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager to join our team at a new manufacturing account.  This location has a building population of 500 with a MV of just under 500K.  Sodexo provides Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and the food operation consist of a cafe and catering operations.  


The Chef Manager is the lead culinary manager at this location and supports all facets of daily culinary production. Duties include: 75% hands on cooking, menu planning, ordering, inventory, food and labor cost, managing 4 hourly employees, and other duties as needed.

Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
