As Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations including resident dining, retail food operations, catering and concessions.  Responsibilities for this hands-on role will include menu planning, inventory/ordering, purchasing, food & labor costing, catering, scheduling, training and safety/sanitation.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for spending time with students and teaching culinary skills in the kitchen.  Responsible for all food ordering, inventory, and scheduling of kitchen staff. Will be lead on all catering functions. Will assist in menu development of retail operations.



Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree 
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
