Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for UH located in Cleveland, OH.
This role will be responsible to coordinate and drive the execution of maintenance activities throughout the University Hospitals campus.  This role will develop the strategic direction of all maintenance activities including scheduled, reactive, project, work orders, dispatch and capital maintenance actions.  This role will plan and coordinate these activities for over 6 million square feet of facilities.
- Proficient with MS Office 
- Ability to work '2nd shift' starting around 11:00am - approx 7:30pm
- 3-5 years office experience in a professional environment
- Experience with a work order system and/or dispatch preferred
