Sodexo is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Remote) to join our award-winning Talent Acquisition Department. In this role, you will source and recruit operational leaders and managers into the company's food services business line. You will partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to learn their business objectives, growth strategies, and hiring needs. You will provide insight into the talent market, influencing with data and leveraging recruiting technology.
This position will work virtually in a home-based office. Ideal candidates will reside on the East Coast, preferably in the New York area or North Carolina.
- Work closely with all hiring managers to execute the recruiting process
- Source, screen and engage passive and active candidates
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent
- Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, events, and on-going relationship management
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- An active and updated network to tap into and continue to build upon

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in positions that include recruiting and filling positions
