We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Patient Services Manager at Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Desert Springs Hospital Medical Center is a general medical and surgical hospital in Las Vegas, NV, with 346 beds. Survey data for the latest year available shows that 27,997 patients visited the hospital's emergency room. The hospital had a total of 19,654 admissions. Its physicians performed 1,440 inpatient and 2,111 outpatient surgeries.
Reporting to the General manager, our Patient Services Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Patient Food Experience, including patient delivery and dining, rounding on the floors, building relationships with the nursing teams on the floors, working with, developing and coaching through innovative designs a staff that is responsible for all things patient services. Coupled with prior management level experience in a hospital environment, our ideal candidate will be a customer focused, innovative leader with exceptional people skills as well as demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
