Sodexo is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER 2, FOOD for Desert Springs Hospital, a 346 bed non-profit acute care hospital located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This strategic account includes Food Services. and Environmental Services. We are seeking an experienced operations manager to support the Food Services area. Retail volumes are about $1M annually with a main cafe, physicians dining, and catering components supported. Candidate must have excellent labor relations skills and have proven history of driving customer satisfaction

- Oversight of day-to-day operations

The ideal candidate:
- has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills as well the ability to work collaboratively
- has a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
