Sodexo Convenience Solutions is looking for a Vending Manager to join our team at our warehouse operation in Fairfield, NJ. Convenience Solutions has over 75 accounts in PA, DE, NJ and NY markets.


The Vending Manager will be directly responsible for: recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating a staff of 8-9 union route service employees, and 2 administrative assistants. The Vending Manager will be responsible for scheduling routes, managing the warehouse operation to include: inventory controls, food ordering, managing overtime, and ensuring proper fleet maintenance and DOT compliance.


The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in VendMAX, telemetry systems & Warehouse/Route Distribution.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in the service industry
