Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for our new operations at Realogy Corp in Madison, New Jersey.  This Executive Chef will be responsible for oversight of our culinary operations for a predominantly Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch account with a total projected managed volume of $2M. 


This is a new partnership for Sodexo and the building is under five years old has a population of approximately 1200.  This Executive Chef will lead culinary operations for the following concepts: deli, grill, hearth station, salad bar, and a grab-and-go and there will be a strong focus on health and wellness offerings as well as culinary innovation.  Catering volume at the account will be approximately $250K/year and will include some high-end receptions.


You are/have:

  • Developing creative menus and overseeing operational standards for retail & catering operations
  • Responsible for purchasing, compliance, inventory, cost analysis and forecasting
  • Ensuring compliance to food safety, HACCP, sanitation and workplace safety standards
  • Have the ability and willingness to develop, coach and train frontline employees
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to success in this role

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree 
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
