Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a GM/Chef Manager to join our team at an Corporate Services account located in Merrimack NH. This account has a MV of 700K and the food service operation consist of 2 cafe's vending and catering operations. This is a very hands-on position and the GM/Chef Manager is the number 1 at the account and must be a strong culinarian and produce high quality food in addition to managing budget/finances of the account.
We are looking for candidates who will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment; and
- ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
This position is very much a "Hands On" role and will manage all aspects of operation; budget and inventory control; client relations; and coordinating, training and scheduling. The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous food service management experience, from corporate dining, school, hospital, resort, hotel or large restaurant environment.
- Experience with budgeting and familiar w/systems for ordering, inventory.
- Experience working with and training of staff.
- Strong food sanitation background and ability to train and enforce.
- Culinary Understanding

Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
