Sodexo is seeking a talented and innovative Retail Manager 3 to join our team
at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center located in Winston Salem, NC.
This key management position will report directly to the Retail Operations Manager and have responsibility for the day to day oversight of multiple retail locations with annual sales of $6.5 million annually.
The Retail Manager manager is needed to manage Sodexo concepts in two different locations. The ideal candidate will have operating profitability knowledge with the ability to make educated operational decisions.

- front-line staff;
- cash handing process;
- department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
- front-line training programs;
- drive retail sales:
- opening and closing the operation; and
- daily operation standards.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
