Chef Manager opportunity within Corporate Services in Rocky Mount, NC. Our client is a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Rocky Mount. The Chef Manager will oversee all food production for our cafe, 2 mico-markets and catering. This position will manage a staff of 8 employees, including all training and mentoring. This is a hands-on working chef position. The Chef Manager will work side by side with his/her team daily on food production. Other responsibilities include menu planning, ordering, inventory, managing costs, and ensuring HACCP compliance. The Chef Manager will interact with our customers and clients on a daily basis. Excellent customer service and client relations skills are a must!!!
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
