Sodexo's Healthcare Systems is seeking a Vice President, Operations who will function as the Sodexo System Executive and will have day to day interaction with the senior executives in the Atrium Health System. This position will manage 18 Healthcare facilities which include 5 Senior Living communities. The VP, Operations will be responsible for 2 District Managers as direct reports. Position will be based in Charlotte, NC. Will have about 30% travel
Position will report out on all Sodexo initiatives and ensure alignment with Sodexo operations and Division outcomes Primary responsibilities include senior level communication, setting strategic direction for all departments under control, contract administration and execution, direction to all reporting staff, serving as a member of the VP team for the hospital, compliance with all laws, policies, and rules of jurisdiction, and full financial responsibility for the business. Addition responsibilities will include; serves on division committees and attend System COO and CNO meetings.
The successful candidate must have demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail and documentation of same. Computer skills in analytical programs and word processing are required as well as being comfortable working effectively in a data-driven environment. Possess strong conceptual skills, as well as the ability to effectively analyze financial information. He/she is able to think both strategically and tactically. Ability to manage multi-stakeholders in multiple locations throughout a (23) unit healthcare system. Individual must possess skills and knowledge for growth opportunities within Sodexo. #LI
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree
Basic Management Experience - 10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership experience
