Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Environmental Services /Custodial Manager for a new Sodexo account, Ozarks Medical Center, located in West Plains, MO serving patients  in south central Missouri and north central Arkansas. This not-for-profit medical referral center encompasses a 114-bed acute care hospital and 15 specialty clinics. This is a day shift opportunity (7AM start time) and will require occasional weekends and holidays.


In this role, you will report to a Multi Service General Manager and lead a team of up to 30 housekeeping employees. Some responsibilities may include; quality assurance inspections, training/coaching, scheduling, rounding and safety audits. Driving patient and customer satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. 


Seeking proven leadership experience with the desire to learn. MUST have excellent technical skills/computer skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook) is necessary. Prior Environmental Services/Housekeeping OR Hospitality management experience is a plus.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
