Vice President, Strategic Accounts - Universities

Sodexo is in search of Vice President, Strategic Accounts, supporting the Universities segment. This critical role will require a highly motivated self-starter who likes a challenge in cultivating a dynamic client base and celebrating the wins related to key accounts.
Partnering directly with Global and North American Operational Leadership, this position will be responsible for assessing and growing the funnel of highly coveted key and elite accounts that align with our targeted growth strategy.
In addition, this role will be a thought leader within the North American Universities Sales Team and will support the SVP of Business Development with additional duties that impact the overall segment. These include but are not limited to assisting with training and development of Business Developers and Account Managers as well as sales effectiveness activities.

This role will require a dynamic and creative consumer and client focused sales professional with expertise in the services industry. University service sales experience is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, and/or sales or commensurate experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
Our selected candidate will have the ability to travel up to 70%.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 10 year
Basic Functional Experience - At least 10 years sales services or industry-related work experience
