We are currently searching for a Vice President of National Accounts with commercial and operational expertise to oversee our Entegra Select and Choice business portfolio.  Reporting directly to the Division President, this role will be responsible for the strategic leadership of client relationships across multiple segments including healthcare, seniors, campus, lodging & casinos, leisure, restaurants and faith-based organizations.


More specifically this position will: 

  • Provide leadership, training and coaching to a geographically dispersed sales team responsible for target identification, cold calling, selling, on-boarding and ongoing management of accounts within North America. 
  • Oversee all contractual and operational matters including on-boarding, contract compliance, contract renewals, retention, client loyalty ad the development of cross-selling opportunities.
  • Implement and contribute to Entegra's short and long-term strategies.
  • Deliver on financial growth targets and annual budgets.
  • Work collaboratively with Sodexo senior leadership to develop and implement an effective strategy to incorporate Entegra into each segment's growth plans.

Are you the one?

We are seeking an innovative, status quo challenger with executive level experience in a commercial sales / national accounts role and a demonstrated track record of strong results. Prior purchasing or GPO experience is highly preferred. Previous experience managing geographically dispersed teams is a plus. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required. MBA or post-graduate degree is a plus. 


Location & Travel:

Our ideal candidate will office out of our corporate Headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD, however we are open to virtual candidates throughout the US with easy access to a major airport. This role will require up to 70% travel (US and Canada).

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree

Basic Management Experience – 10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of client management experience
