Sodexo is currently seeking a Vice President of Healthcare Value Analysis to provide strategic expertise in assessing, advising, and championing procurement value across our Healthcare segment within North America.
This highly impactful and critical position will be responsible for managing the value analysis “ecosystem” across the segment in addition to operating as the “face” of the healthcare pricing strategy. This role will also provide the strategic direction for the day-to-day management of Healthcare’s GPO relationships and support all client-facing retention and new business situations involving procurement. This role will have oversight of 4-6 direct reports.

Our ideal candidate will possess executive level experience working within a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing client relationships within a sales, retention or service provider capacity.
This role will require strong executive presence and leadership capabilities with a focus on strategic negotiation, influencing, relationship building, change management and driving results.
Location and Travel
Preference will be given to candidates that can office out of Sodexo HQ in Gaithersburg, MD, however remote candidates residing near a major airport within the U.S. may also be considered. Candidates should expect up to 60% travel.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 7 years
Basic Functional Experience - 7 years of multi-client leadership experience
