Sodexo Culinary Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Culinary Innovation to join the Culinary Innovation team in North America. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative retail food and fast-casual culinary solutions that drive client and consumer satisfaction, client retention, sales, and segment profitability goals. This position leads and participates in project teams to drive innovation, culinary leadership and training to ensure that menus, recipes and tools are cutting edge, drive growth opportunities, are operationally sound, and are built to business segment specifications. You will provide subject matter expertise to the organization in retail and fast casual food trends.  30% travel is required for this position. The position is located at Sodexo’s North American Headquarters and reports to the Senior Director of Culinary Innovation.



  • Demonstrate leadership and proactive attitudes when creating culinary solutions to solve business and market issues
  • Demonstrate skills in creating retail and fast casual food, often forming a concept from a blank sheet of paper
  • A food lover that actively follows trends and can effectively translate those trends into viable product concepts and sales solutions
  • Partner with other teams including culinary, operations, supply management and vendor partners on ideation and development of new culinary concepts and menu 
  • Possesses outstanding presentation skills, able to take viewers on a journey highlighting passion for product
  • Comfortable at concept vision from a blank sheet of paper
  • Branded Retail experience – Fast Casual – regional, local or national chain, etc.
  • Adept at finding the sweet spot between margin, quality and insights
  • Comfortable with breaking the boundaries rather than follows the rules

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree in culinary or related field
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 7 years of experience in operations
