Sodexo is recruiting for a Support Specialist for our Soft Services Framework team.
The responsibility defined for this position is to focus on implementation of the SSF tools primarily during the due diligence and transition phase of opening new business. There is a small component around supporting existing business that is facing challenges i.e. filling in for a GM in unit due to transfer or other business reasons.
SSF is described as the process of aligning the Sodexo global strategy of implementing tools that create a consistent delivery model while minimizing risk and freeing up the Administrative burden on our managers.
Virtual position with 80 – 100% Travel required
This position will support the Facilities Management Platform Soft Services Department in the areas of mobilization, stabilization, deployments and training around the soft services platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Environmental Services.
Seeking a strategic leader with strong financial acumen, extensive influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. The best qualified candidate will also have exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. New Account Opening experience is also highly preferred.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
