Clark University Dining services award winning dining program focusing local, and fresh ingredients. Highlights include 1 residential, 1 retail, two coffee shops and high volume catering.
The Food Production Manager will support all dining operations, ordering food and keeping inventory, production for all dining locations on campus. The Food Production Manager will oversee approx. 40 employees and reports to the Executive Chef.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
