Sodexo Corporate Services is looking a Resource/Floating Executive Chef 2 to join our team. The Resource/Floating Executive Chef 2 will be based out of our MIT Lincoln labs account in Lexington MA, the ideal Executive Chef 2 must be willing to work in accounts up to 30 miles North or West of Boston.
As a Resource/Floating Chef 2, you will assist with everything from daily menu production through upscale special catered events while providing direction and oversight of the in unit associates.
In this Resource/Floating Executive Chef 2 role you may cover units where responsibilities will include daily cash handling, weekly payroll, ordering, inventory, invoice processing and other administrative needs. Strong sanitation and safety mindset is necessary for this role as a culinary leader.
This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
