Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager for Holy Family Hospital located in Haverhill, MA. In this role, you will direct and participate in all of the daily patient services operations, utilizing "Expressly for You" a specialty meal program. In this customer focused role, you will be responsible for conducting performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to help improve patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include: participation in and directing the patient meal operation; daily meal rounding and interaction with the patients, their families and the nursing staff; ensuring proper meal assembly procedures & staff training. Manages initiatives for job redesign and process improvement, including interdepartmental improvements with nursing staff. #LI

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
