Sodexo is seeking a highly experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the Retail operation at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center - a large teaching Medical Center located in Boston, MA.
This position requires Passion, Team Spirit, Strong Analytical and Human Resource Skills, Innovation, Retail Marketing and Sales Growth initiatives, Cash Control, and Focus on Overall Customer Experience.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Extensive experience in Food Retail high volume environments.
- A deep understanding and proven track record for providing excellent Customer Service;
- Strong analytical skills to include budgeting and forecasting;
- Experience training and leading a retail food staff;
- Strong POS knowledge and prior cash handling experience – SRP (Sodexo Retail Pricing Tool) and CCR Data POS experience a plus;
- Experience with client interaction and flexibility to work in several areas of dining services as needed.
- A proactive hands-on approach – with client, employees and customers.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in Hospitality or Hotel Restaurant Management
