Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for a high-profile Corporate Services account the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston, MA! Location is convenient to South Station. This individual will work alongside the Portfolio Executive Chef,a Catering Chef and a Specialty Restaurant Chef. Successful individual will be the overall #2 in charge, and directly responsible for oversight of all kitchen employees and production of daily menus for the on site population of 2000 corporate employees.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Skills to help elevate our dining program to the next level.
- Knowledge of sustainability, have experience with purchasing, menu planning and development to include cycle menus.
- Food and Labor costing
- Hands on about 80% of the time
- Strong culinary and BOH leadership – manage and mentor kitchen staff: Food Safety focus a must with Training in HACCP.
This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, A predominately Monday through Friday, schedule, with no Holidays. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible. Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
