Exciting opening for a Catering Sous Chef for our Award Winning Culinary Team at IMU Catering
on Indiana University's Bloomington Campus
Seeking a Creative, Resourceful, and Inspiring Catering Sous Chef to lead our Award Winning Culinary Team. The IMU Restaurants and Catering Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary aspects of the award winning $4M catering operations production in the Indiana Memorial Union on Indiana University’s beautiful Bloomington campus.
- Creativity in food presentation, and experience in custom High-End catering
- High level of energy and extraordinary culinary knowledge
- Impeccable quality standards
- A talent for developing and inspiring a culinary team
- Proven history of culinary leadership success
- Passion for utilizing local seasonal ingredients
- Demonstrates great communication skills and is comfortable in public speaking and presentation engagements
