Sodexo is currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager to join our Education team. The Senior Human Resource Manager will be a part of directing, leading and developing the Human Resource functions at this high volume, fast paced account. This unit has around 600 plus Sodexo, hourly paid union employees with a mix of environmental services, and skilled tradesmen. The Senior Human Resource Manager will be responsible for working close with the on-site managers to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements as well as Sodexo human resource policy and procedures and other human resource needs.

 

This position will be responsible for all Sodexo required HR reporting, will oversee Family Medical Leave Act and Leave of Absence tracking as well as payroll and will be a part of leading Sodexo required HR training programs including New Employee Onboarding as well as other human resource initiatives for the unit and Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, supporting diversity initiatives, Classifying Employees, and operating in union accounts. The ideal candidate will have human resource management experience in a similar size and type of industry to assist with leading HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity standards and goal attainment.#LI

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of HR experience
