Sodexo Healthcare is looking for an experienced, highly energetic and hands-on Retail Dining Manager for Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL.
The Retail Dining Manager is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our guests by motivating, training and developing 20 front-line and supervisory service staff. This key manager will help grow our business, develop our staff and enhance the customer services provided to our valued visitors. Will be responsibe for 1.2 M total retail volume and will run Sodexo's Fresh inspirations cafeteria as well as a JAZZMANS coffee shop.
The ideal candidate must be able to simultaneously manage multiple points of sale in a high-volume retail cafe environment. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a high degree of accountability and strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience managing staff, developing menus and knowledge concerning cash controls is expected.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
