Sodexo is seeking Facilities Operations Manager for education segment in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Facilities / Engineering Ops Manager you will provide direct oversight for all operations at this University campus with Custodial, Grounds and Plant Operations Management

Must be able to provide technical expertise in the area of skilled trades and the ability to assist employees/managers in identifying improvements. The ideal candidate for this position must have 5+ years facilities maintenance management experience.
- A proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments
- Strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC,
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen with a strong P&L understanding
- Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
- Strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
