We have an exciting career opportunity for a Retail Manager at Queen’s Medical Center in HONOLULU, HI. Sodexo provides food and nutrition services for patient dining, retail café operations, onsite catering and physicians dining. Our Retail Food Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations for onsite retail food services.
Managing all onsite retail food operations
Create and implement innovative retail food offerings
Provide highest levels of customer and employee satisfaction
Ensure compliance with HACCP and menu systems
Cash management and cash controls
Special projects including café remodel
Qualifications for the Food Operations Manager include prior food service supervisory experience in a high volume healthcare environment, computer literacy, full HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification. Sound like the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
