Sodexo is looking to hire Senior Training & Development Manager; this position would require that you would have experience in the following:

 

  • Design, implements and manages the training strategy and training delivery for the National Certification Program and BIGS Mobilization and OE/Contract Management training needs and ensures it supports and contributes to the Sodexo’s overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Develop & implement measurement criteria, to assess effectiveness of training and learning, and report compliance metrics to RLC and HRLT
  • Develop and implement quality standards for certification account qualification requirements. Assess training accounts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Oversees FM Internship Program (only the interns that will report into the Service Operations Team) and works with the FM Internship Advisory Board to enhance the FM Internship offerings.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years in training and facilitation
