Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for Spaulding Regional Medical Center located in Griffin, GA.  This is a 225 bed hospital where this person will have full retail responsibility to one cafeteria and also will assist with catering operations.

Are you the experienced food service manager we’re seeking?

 

We are looking for candidates who will manage:

  • frontline staff of a team of about 10;
  • cash handing process;
  • department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
  • frontline training programs;
  • opening and closing the operation; and
  • daily operation standards.
