Sodexo is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to support HR functions in a hospitals in a large geographical area.  This person must reside in the state of Florida with access to a major airport (preferably Orlando, Tampa, Naples or Miami) and will support the state of Florida with possiblility of supporting some other states occassionally.  This is a virtual position but this  person will travel up to 70% and will report to a HR business partner.  Typical functions supported are:

 

  • Employee relations
  • Employee acquisitions and new business openings
  • Recruitment with a focus on frontline recruiting
  • Managment of staffing assignments for temporary or relief managers
  • Payroll set up and problem resolution
  • Development and training of in unt HR Managers as well as providing support and relief coverage for those managers
  • Support of business growth in the market
  • Support to District Managers for specific scenarios that may require on site HR intervention
  • Support with HR data analytics

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree 

Basic Management Experience - 5 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of HR experience
