Sodexo Aviation has an exciting opening for an Executive Chef at one of the busiest airline lounges located in Miami International Airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills as well as the ability to train & manage line cooks focused on 5 Star Service. As the Chef, you will have responsibility for daily culinary operations and service staff. This is a hands-on manager role. The ideal candidate will have culinary experience in a premium dining environment, knowledge of Miami's culinary trends, creativity, menu presentation experience, the ability to teach and train staff, have a strong eye for detail and overall excellent service standards.
Tuesday - Saturday, 6am to 4pm work schedule, however, flexibilty may required based on business need.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
