The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Critical member of the PeopleCenter leadership team working closely with Senior Director of HR Services on all operational support activities.
  • Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and administration of PeopleCenter SharePoint based solution for Shared Services.
  • Maintains and organizes critical documentation and archives for all PeopleCenter work-streams.  Supports the on-boarding of all Shared Services resources.
  • Plans, coordinates and manages meetings for Leadership Shared Services.
  • Provides financial and administrative management for Shared Services.
  • Designs HR Services leadership communication, maintains and organizes critical documentation and archives for PeopleCenter operations

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Powerpoint and Excel
  • Experience with SharePoint 
  • SalesForce knowledge a plus
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Financial acumen and budgetary knowledge a plus

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree 

Basic Management Experience - 5 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in program management or a related field
