The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Critical member of the PeopleCenter leadership team working closely with Senior Director of HR Services on all operational support activities.
- Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and administration of PeopleCenter SharePoint based solution for Shared Services.
- Maintains and organizes critical documentation and archives for all PeopleCenter work-streams. Supports the on-boarding of all Shared Services resources.
- Plans, coordinates and manages meetings for Leadership Shared Services.
- Provides financial and administrative management for Shared Services.
- Designs HR Services leadership communication, maintains and organizes critical documentation and archives for PeopleCenter operations
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Strong experience with Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience with SharePoint
- SalesForce knowledge a plus
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Financial acumen and budgetary knowledge a plus
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in program management or a related field
