Sodexo's Government Segment is seeking an experienced District Manager for a high profile Government dining to support the US Marine Corp installations in Twenty Nine Palms, Bridgeport, Miramar CA and Yuma,  AZ. 

The District Manager will oversee 6 mess halls serving @1.5M meals annually and is a high volume, strict government contract with multiple command reporting.  Desired candidate to have government experience with high volume military feeding experience.  Additional experience includes working with small business partners, very process oriented with high volume production experience.


Desired candidate will have strong team development skills; client relationship skills and proven successful budget management experience is a must. Previous multi-site responsibility and sales exposure is desired as well. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geography through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training and development. Works with clients and SVPO in all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention.




Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 7 years
Basic Functional Experience - 7 years
