Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Sous Chef to support our Senior Living team in the beautiful Marin County, California region.
This Sous Chef will support three upscale Senior Living communities ranging in sizes from 250-300 residents. This position will lead up to 25 frontline team members, while assisting with purchasing, inventory management, and manage plate presentation, high end catering, food safety, and kitchen sanitation.
- Have high expectations for customer service and quality of food.
- Assists in coordinating and preparation of various food items.
- Have the ability and willingness to interact with residents and.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate has:
- a strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends;
- ability to oversee multiple dining venues; and
- strong management skills.
