Reporting to our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the daily food production for the retail café and extensive catering services, including high end events. The Food Production Manager will ensure recipe and regulatory compliance, assist in placing orders, conducting inventory and maintaining the kitchen sanitation program.

 

Qualifications for this position include current/prior BOH supervisory experience in a healthcare environment, computer literacy, full HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification. Culinary degree or formal culinary training is preferred.
